Rezzaux was founded with a key question in mind: what does it truly mean to be connected? Looking across the landscape of networking tools, apps, and platforms available to young professionals today, we kept running into the same three barriers.
Saturation
Networking platforms bury you in hyper-enriched content and job postings that never lead anywhere. Content no longer signaled reflection. Outreach no longer conveyed sincerity.
Engagement-driven
Misaligned incentives draw users into wasting time on non-essential tasks. We found ourselves drifting further and further away from real outcomes.
Isolation
The gamification of networking undermines the very connection it promises. Community became distorted by engagement, paradoxically isolating us from one another.
Connection, done right
Rezzaux is a personal networking tool that allows aspiring professionals to build their networks from the ground up and maintain them.
Everyone knows that the heart of modern job-hunting is networking, or in French: réseautage. But there seems to be a persistent gap between those who consistently generate opportunities, and those who don’t. Rezzaux tackles this gap by giving students the means to organize their networks intentionally. Built with deliberate friction, Rezzaux is a learning companion as much as it is an effective organizational tool. It rejects the premise that connection is something you can manufacture with AI. Instead, it is something you cultivate over months and years; a skill you develop.
